PRESS RELEASE 50th ANNIVERSARY
On the 20th of April 2018, the management team and staff of Danos Real Estate, had a cocktail reception dedicated to the Founder and President of the company, Elias Danos and the 50th anniversary of the company, in Cyprus, Greece and Serbia.
Elias Danos was born in Lofou in1938. He adored the land, topography, nature, and at the age of 30 he decided to leave the police force of Cyprus, to follow his true love which was land. In 1968 he opened a small real estate agency office in Nicosia providing services in land divisions, buying, and selling of properties.
In that beginning he realizes that the estate real business in Cyprus had no law frame. In 1974 with a group of friends and associates they started the foundation of the Real Estate Association, and afterwards, in 1987 the Association of Real Estate Registration, in which he becomes the first president and real estate agency registered No 1. He is considered by many to be the veteran of the Cyprus Real Estate market.
