Danos – An alliance of BNP PARIBAS REAL ESTATE is collaborating with Hermes Airports Ltd, in the field of advisory services for the commercial development of the available andside and airside areas at Larnaka’s International Airport, in Cyprus.
This collaboration took place under the impetus of commercial exploitation and development of the area surrounding Larnaka’s International Airport, as a result of a Concession Agreement between the Republic of Cyprus and Hermes Airports Ltd.
Hermes Airports Ltd, a registered company in Cyprus is an international consortium of shareholders representing a mix of Cypriot and international partners, was granted the operation and management of Larnaka and Pafos international airports for a period of 25 years, under a BOT Concession Agreement (Built-Operate-Transfer).
